Beshno Wellness Academy, founded by Douaa Afandi, offers in-person and online programs in sound healing, breathwork, and embodied practices. Training is led by Douaa Afandi, whose qualifications span music, breathwork, sound therapy, psychology, and education. She holds a Diploma in Music (Academic Music Institute, 2025), Yoga of Sound training (Shri Kali Yoga School, 1000 hrs), Gong Performance Art Masterclass (Holistic Resonance), certifications in breathwork and somatics (UK Training Board, 2022–2023), Emotional Balance Technique and CTRL Medicine (MTN, 2021), Luscher Color Diagnostic Practitioner (MTN, 2021), and coaching and trainer certifications including Training of Trainers (Saudi Arabia, 2019).
