Colleen Voronel, M.S., is a Trauma-Informed Somatic Therapist and founder of PNEUMA Breath, dedicated to guiding individuals through breath-led healing and body-based therapy. With over 13 years of experience in psychotherapy and more than 25 years in mindfulness meditation, Colleen specializes in integrating breathwork, somatic practices, and trauma-informed care.
Her credentials include a Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy Counseling from California State University Fullerton, EMDR certification, MBSR, LOMSC, and completion of the MMTCP training with Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield. She is a certified breathwork practitioner trained by Dan Brulé and holds Chopra certifications in Integrative Ayurvedic Health and Total Well-Being Coaching.
Through online sessions, Colleen offers Trauma-Informed Somatic Therapy and Breathwork Coaching, helping clients reconnect with safety, inner stillness, and resilience.
