For more than 18 years, her path of healing and self-discovery has unfolded through a simple yet profound realization: everything returns to how we breathe, how we inhabit our bodies, and how willing we are to meet ourselves fully.
Her journey began in a place of longing. Struggling with infertility, Geraldine found herself searching for answers to what felt like an inability to “plant a seed.” Over time, she came to understand that the issue was not the seed, but the soil. The soil of her body, spirit, and mind had been left untended—malnourished of presence, strained by stress, and out of alignment.
At that time, she was deeply burnt out from a demanding career in the fashion industry. Beneath the surface lived years of unhealed childhood trauma and a quiet but persistent resistance to facing the pain she carried. The body, however, keeps its own truth. Through breathwork and embodied healing practices, Geraldine began to gently turn toward herself rather than away.
What started as a personal reckoning became a lifelong devotion. Today, Geraldine guides others back to the intelligence of their breath and the wisdom of their own inner soil. Her work supports those who feel depleted, disconnected, or burdened by old stories—offering grounded, compassionate spaces for renewal, integration, and alignment. For Geraldine, healing is not about fixing what is broken. It is about remembering what has always been alive within us, waiting for breath, attention, and care.
