Cashea is a survivor, guide, and integrative wellness practitioner whose journey through chronic illness, trauma, and medical complexity has shaped her compassionate approach to holistic healing. Diagnosed with severe endometriosis as a teenager and navigating multiple rare health conditions throughout her life, she has intimately experienced the physical, emotional, and spiritual toll of long-term health challenges.
Through years of self-directed healing, spiritual exploration, and professional training, Cashea emerged as a dedicated guide for others seeking to reclaim their health, balance, and personal power. She founded Primal Roots Integrative Wellness as a ministry and sanctuary for those ready to explore holistic wellness rooted in spirituality, nutrition, and trauma-informed care.
Cashea holds certifications as an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach (IIN) and Trauma-Informed Health Coach (The Centre for Healing), alongside CPR/AED/First-Aid credentials. Her practice integrates evidence-based wellness principles with a deep understanding of the body, mind, and spirit, offering personalized guidance to help clients navigate chronic illness, recover from trauma, and cultivate sustainable well-being.
