Qualified as a Clinical and Pastoral Counsellor, Paula holds professional qualifications in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Brief Family Therapy. Her work is grounded in evidence-based practice, clinical governance, and trauma-informed service delivery.

In her leadership role at Salute Her UK, Paula has led the design and implementation of the organisation’s trauma-informed, tri-service, needs-led model, contributing to the development of specialised mental health services for women and survivors of complex trauma.
